(d) Newsletter registration: This is information provided directly by you. If you register for our newsletter, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address.

(e) Usage data: This is personal data that is automatically collected through your use of the website. To help our Data Protection Officer deal with your concerns or complaint as promptly and efficiently as possible, please provide a full written explanation of your concerns or complaint.
Around the time of receiving your first e-mail setting out your concerns or complaint (the "first e-mail"), a member of our data protection team will:
- confirm receipt of your e-mail and that the matter is being investigated. They may also ask you to clarify any matters which are not clear in your e-mail; and
- give you an estimate of how long you may expect to wait to receive a substantive response.

- Our data protection team will aim to provide you with a substantive response within one (1) calendar month of receipt of your first e-mail.
