This certification identifies CDPs that meet a five-point checklist of features needed to provide a complete, unified, accessible customer database. This makes NGDATA’s Intelligent Engagement Platform the first CDP vendor in Europe to receive such recognition.
The CDP Institute certified NGDATA as RealCDP, meaning that our platform meets all qualifications set forth by the Customer Data Platform (CDP) Institute.

The RealCDP Certification is an initiative from the CDP Institute, an impartial industry body that helps marketers make the best use of their customer data. The need for such a Certification originates from the growing popularity of CDPs, as some of CDPs on the market fall short of expectations. CDP vendors are granted the Certification by means of an objective audit, indicating whether the required criteria are met.
The performed audit focused on 5 core CDP capabilities:
- ingest data from any source
- capture full detail of ingested data
- store ingested data indefinitely (subject to privacy constraints)
- create unified profiles of identified individuals
- share data with any system that needs it
NGDATA successfully completed the comprehensive evaluation executed by the CDP Institute.
